Altimate Earthworks built the Altimate Earthworks Operations app as a commercial application intended for

internal company logistics, tracking, and operational use. This SERVICE is provided by Altimate Earthworks

and is intended for use as is. This document informs users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and

disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.

operational logs. If your operational workflows require jobsite tracking, the app may collect precise location data
